Handmade Italian Washed-Rind Pecorino Cheese - "I BRANDAN" SPELLED & BEER

It is a cheese made from sheep's milk. Once matured for about twenty days, the shapes are placed in terracotta jars from the town of Petroio (Si). Inside these noble containers, the cheese matures with a recipe created by us based on Tuscan spelled and beer. The scents that are released within these reduced environments give the Brandan an intense but at the same time extremely elegant flavor.
Ingredients: Sheep milk, selected lactic ferments, rennet, salt. Surface treated with spelled, barley, and beer. Inedible rind.
