With Tiwol you buy directly from the producer without using resellers or intermediaries.

Each producer has its own minimum expense that allows them to better manage any type of shipment, both in Italy and in the world.

Once you have finished your shopping, you can choose different payment methods:

1) Paypal
2) Bank transfer

Your order will be sent to the manufacturer who will prepare your shopping immediately. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will be sent a confirmation email from Tiwol.

From the moment of shipment based on your delivery address, you just have to wait for your package.

Tiwol's partner couriers are the most professional companies in the world, Bartolini is used in Italy, while DPD and FedEx are used for European and international shipments.

All orders are shipped from local producers from Monday to Friday except for orders received on Saturday and Sunday which will be shipped immediately on the following Monday.

- If I order products from different provinces and from different manufacturers, will I receive multiple packages or a single package?

Yes, if you have ordered several different products from different manufacturers you will receive multiple packages, each from each individual company but all respecting the times indicated above.
- I have ordered a product that is out of stock, how can I be refunded?
No problem, Tiwol producers produce high quality and it is normal that some types of products run out earlier than expected during the year, you will receive an automatic refund on your Paypal account of the entire amount you spent within 48H max.
- I need to receive the products in a certain time slot, what can I do?
If you need to receive your products, in the office or at home in a certain time slot, just highlight it in the order notes and we will proceed to deliver everything according to your specific requests.
- I have to ask questions about a purchase or a product, what can I do?
If you need to ask for information about any product or a specific purchase made, just write to the What'sApp box or call the number indicated on the upper side of the platform to get in touch with customer support.
